McBride Roofing and Restoration has two separate divisions: McBride Roofing and McBride Restoration. Between these two divisions we offer everything from roof maintenance to full scale commercial large loss restoration to Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Retail, and Residential Clients. Since 1994, we have been offering top quality workmanship and customer service to our clients. Our firm is insured to complete work anywhere in the U.S. and we carry various residential and commercial licenses in several states. McBride Roofing & Restoration carries the following certifications and affiliations: BBB (Better Business Bureau), NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association), HAAG Certified Roof Inspectors, LEED Certified Employees, Various Chamber of Commerce Memberships, SPFA (Spray Polyurethane Alliance, a division of the American Plastics Council), and CSI (Construction Specifications Institute). Many of our products used are Energy Star Certified, CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Council) Certified, ICC and LEED certified. Additionally, many of our Vendors and Suppliers are Green Business Supporters.

McBride Roofing & Restoration’s Team has coordinated nearly 400 million square feet of roofing, restoration, and construction. Our Property Inspector team has a combined total of over a billion square feet of inspection experience.

Our company has intense quality control programs including OSHA Safety regulations. At times we utilize independent consultants on projects. To date, we have had zero license complaints or safety issues, and 100% Customer Satisfaction.

Our headquarters are located in Phoenix, Arizona and our East America Office is in Nashville, TN. We serve across the United States as either a Construction Manager or Construction Consultant. Steve McBride Sr. (President and Owner)

Steve McBride is the founder and President of McBride Roofing & Restoration. For over 35 years, Mr. McBride has owned and/or been employed with several construction companies in various positions, including: repairman, coatings and foam applicator, mechanic, superintendent, safety director, sales manager, CFO, Vice President, and Sr. Technical Director/Manager. He has been involved in all steps of construction from product manufacturing to installation to maintenance procedures. He invented, trademarked, UL Tested, and manufactured a roofing system that is currently used on over 200 million square feet in the Southwest United States. He has assisted in various roof system development, manufacturing, consulting, and specifications. He was very involved with the American Subcontractor Association, and in the 1990s held various jobs within the association such as Safety Commission Chairman, Insurance Committee Chairman, and Safety/Insurance Director. He is a member of the Construction Specification Institute (#0296108 CSI), the Society of Plastics Industry (SPI – PFCD), National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and is an OSHA approved instructor. In 1994 he started McBride Construction and has continued to specialize in roofing, restoration, and construction. He maintains an active role within the daily operations of the business and brings a multitude of knowledge and experience including consulting, roof system product manufacturing, UL testing, certifications, system applications and remediation procedures.

Steve McBride Jr. (Vice President) – HAAG CERTIFIED

Steve Jr. holds a BS in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State. He has been involved with every facet of the company since 2003. He is certified as a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector for both Residential and Commercial. He has inspected/coordinated over 20 million square feet of Insurance Claim Restoration. Steve Jr. also focuses on marketing, vendor and supplier relations, and large scale commercial projects.

Sharon Bushman (Office Administrator)

Sharon Bushman graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Mathematics. From 1998 to 2005 she was the Director of Children’s Ministry at St. Barnabas, in Scottsdale, AZ where she lead volunteer efforts, curriculum, and assisted with publishing. In her past, she has also held positions such as Credit Manager and Credit Collector where she managed staff, credit applications, customer service, and bank deposits for the companies she worked at. She has been an immensely valuable part of the McBride Roofing & Restoration team since she started in 2006.

Greg Special (Superintendent and Project Manager)

Greg has over 30 years of construction and commercial roofing experience, specializing in reroofing and coordination of roofing in occupied environments. He is the perfect Project Manager and Superintendant for the retrofit market. He has overseen or been involved in over 60 million SF of commercial roofing work. Some of his past work includes the ASU Wells Fargo Dome, NAU Skydome, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Terminals 2, 3, and 4, City of Phoenix Civic Plaza, and Gallo Wineries.

John Barbero (Project Manager) – HAAG CERTIFIED

John is Steve Sr.’s brother-in-law and has been involved with assisting the family business for many years. He has been in business sales for over 30 years. He has a great eye for detail, which makes him one of our best inspectors. John has inspected/coordinated hundreds of commercial and residential properties totaling over 10 million square feet, making him one of the most experienced restoration experts in the valley. John played football at Vanderbilt and in the NFL back in the day. If you are unsure if you qualify for an insurance claim, or if you are having trouble dealing with your insurance, John is your guy.

Nathan McBride (Project Manager) – HAAG CERTIFIED

Nathan is Steve Sr.’s second oldest son. He has been working at McBride Construction since he was born. More officially, since 2004. He has a BA in Communications from the University of Arizona. He also played college football at Nebraska. He has experience in general construction and every type of roofing, from installing to selling to managing a complete restoration project. He has worked in the field as a laborer, and has worked his way up to a foreman. In doing so, he is one of the few project managers in our industry that understands all the details since he has done it with his own hands (and still does occasionally). If you have a difficult project, or a restoration requiring unique details, Nathan is the guy you want to contact.

Larry Bagnoli (BUR Supt and Project Manager)

Larry, is the most recent addition to our team and is the head of our BUR, TPO, and PVC roofing crews and systems. He has over 35 years in the industry managing and completing such projects in the commercial sector, nearly 100 million SF of it!
